Tuesday at Ten { I hope . . . . }

September 15, 2015Karen Courcy

hope-handWelcome to Tuesday at Ten! The Tuesday blog Link up where you have 6 full days to use the “prompt phrase” as a part of your writing.

Each week I post a prompt phrase and you finish the phrase and write how that phrase fits you and your life or your thoughts.

Whether it be just writing a story behind the phrase or being as creative as you wish using photos, poems, art, or graphics – whichever creative way you choose.

You have 6 days to write and link up your blog at the bottom of the page so that others can link up with you.

Be sure to visit your “link up” neighbor and spread the joy of connection! A new Prompt word is posted every Tuesday Morning at 10am, the link up closes at 11pm the night before.

Every Monday evening (the day before the new word is posted) I will choose ONE highlighted writer of the week to be highlighted and shared on the Tuesday at Ten Facebook page for all to see. You will also get an award graphic for that week to post on your blog.

Make sure to visit the Tuesday at Ten Facebook page to view the winner and for daily news!

Remember  – it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being YOU. Have FUN

This weeks prompt phrase is:

{ I hope . . . .  }

    Thanks for hosting this link-up. I’ve been having fun. I hope others enjoy what I have been bringing to the table.

    I do have a question. Karen, Is there anyway to have a clue into what the next prompt will be? I usually work on a post or two beforehand and not always getting the link on Tuesday (I assume it should be around 1O AM) (I am at EST.) on time… throws me off and I’m left to wait. Which is fine… I guess.

    But, so – that is why I’ve been combining your prompt with another (ie; FMF) if it works/flows and at all possible.

    Don’t know if I’m making sense.

    And – also I don’t understand or at least I’m not seeing postings of the winner (highlighted writed) from the previous week – posted the Monday before – you say on facebook? I’m not seeing that happen. Or, is it just due to not being consistent enough. Maybe I’m just missing it.

    Again… thank you for your time. I do enjoy this and I hope I can/will continue.

      Ooops and as I post this comment – I checked in with fb and there was this weeks new prompt. However, it hadn’t come through on my blogfeed. So, perhaps it is just a time thing.

      I really do the laid-backness of this link-up. Don’t get me wrong. 🙂

      thank you – again!!

      Hi Bevy,

      I tried looking for you on facebook and I think I tried adding you as a friend.

      Anyways, to answer you questions … I dont know the prompt word until that morning of writing. I always wait until the morning of … but I am going to start making up a list of my prompt words ahead of time, so when I start doing that, I can email you the prompt word or phrase ahead of time. Would that be helpful?

      Also I stopped doing the highlighted writer of the month .. but I am picking it back up this month.. I got really busy and had a hard time choosing … so I am going to start doing it again this month.

      Thank you for being a part of my Tuesday at Ten! it means a lot to me!

        Thank you for your response. I am enjoying this and only had recently found you. Thanks for taking the time and incentive in hosting this.
        I know we’re all busy! I certainly do not want to add to your “stress” – your busy – with all my questions…at least, I hope I haven’t. I see that you’re writing a series for the 31days… me too!

        This is going to add even to my own busy. 🙂 But.. want to have fun and be faithful in the process.
