Today’s Prompt word is {LISTEN} – link up below under my writing ….
-Start-
I hear the clicking of my keyboard as I write my blog from the car as I sit in the parking lot waiting to go into my 2 hour therapy session. I hear the sound of my music playing in the car with the cool air conditioning keeping me cool on this warm summer morning.
I am anticipating the goodness of what my session will bring and what I will hear today as more wisdom to move me forward on this amazing healing path I am on and continue to be on.
I hear the voices in my heart that tell me this day is going to be a good day, and if its not, its still a good day because God woke me up for a reason this morning to face whatever comes my way, and that is a good day regardless!
As I sit here I am anticipating the 2nd week of the Tuesday at Ten and I can’t wait to see and hear the great stories of what “listen” means to others, because I love to see and hear goodness in any form and to connect to that.
I believe God gave us internal hearing so that he can relay messages to us when we are deaf to what the noisy world around us. Listening is not only done through the ears, but through the heart and the soul.

Love this! My morning prayer is that I will not only hear the Holy Spirit’s promptings throughout the day, but that I will listen – and act.

Thank you Liz 🙂 my plan for tonight … sit with my iced tea, relax after a long day and read all the linkups … it’s still fresh in the works so I imagine the more time people put into it on Tuesdays, the more people will come join. I LOVE this connection .. so thank you for being a part of it.

I loved this: “God woke me up for a reason this morning to face whatever comes my way, and that is a good day regardless!”. It made my sitting here at my laptop, at 12:02am disappointed at the day and at missing the T T deadline better. These things are always what God intended according to His plan and that is a good day, regardless! Great post!
