31 days of reflection {day 19} there’s always hope

Hope_by_frixin (I am finally linking up and writing for my Tuesday at Ten prompt word :HOPE)

{begin}

I believe that hope is a gift from God given to us when we feel overwhelmed with the struggles that bind within us.

I believe hope is what keeps us alive and going forward.

I believe hope is the anchor to all things hopeless.

Hope is something that is colorful when the rest of the world seems dark.

Hope is something greater than anything in this world, without hope we have nothing to hold onto when we can’t see the other side.

Hope is what makes us vulnerable enough to take chances in the very things we don’t feel are possible.

Hope is what has gotten me where I am today on this healing path that I began 7 years and 7 months ago today.

Hope is like a heart that keeps us alive only with hope its a want for something more to make us better; to make something better for us or within us.

Hope has been a huge anchor for me this past year, without the hope I really don’t think I would be making the step I am trying to make. I believe God is pouring hope into my heart each day, it helps me to get up and fight for the days ahead.

This has been a hard hard road for me this past year. It began a couple of years ago when I was triggered severely and I haven’t felt or been the same since. I lost a part of who I was, and the hope that resides in me is the hope that each day a little bit of me is coming back, and I believe a little bit of me IS coming back.

Hope is a strong strong entity within us; its a never ending gift from God. It never runs out, it never fades if we choose to not let it. Its always available to us, we just need to believe in it and use it as a force to move us through the struggles.

Today I choose hope…. It’s here for a reason, I will continue to see what it brings me, and how I can use it to move through more days of one more step forward.
